AccountComplete differs from all other data cleansing services in that our service is COMPLETELY about the intelligence and usefulness of your organization's data. We understand that while data providers provide you with particular information, the way you need to have it represented in salesforce.com is unique. Our process takes a step back to look at the overall success of your current system and understand how the data can help your company success in the world of hosted CRM.
While the 'typical' enrichment process is the same for each account (pre-process, enrich, post-process, import, dedupe), each project is for our data therapy team is considered to be different. For instance:
- Do you want Industry populated based upon your companies unique set of values based upon particular SIC codes?
- Do you want NAICS codes?
- Do you need territories built based upon flexible criteria?
- Should Account Site be populated based upon values from other fields?
- Do you want to accept data differently depending upon if it is a customer/prospect/lead?
We also take special care when working with your data to make it as simple and easy as possible for our customers. Given the proper Salesforce.com access rights we ensure that all of the following critical data project options are also considered.
Preprocessing with DemandTools™:
- Ensure that US Accounts and/or Leads have Company Name, City, and State.
- Ensure that International Records have Company Name and Country.
Exporting of Data from Salesforce:
- We manage the process of getting the data to D&B in a secure manner in the require layout and format that they require.
Data Post Processing:
- Match Grade and Confidence Code Review
- Business Status Conversion (BEMFAB)
- Code conversions to your requirements
- Custom field populations (SIC to Industry, etc.)
Data Acceptance by You:
- Reviewing D&B recommendations for data acceptance
- Making sure you understand the data that came back and exploring which data to accept
Import / Update of the Salesforce Data:
- Loading the data back into salesforce.com based upon a Project Template that you complete (where do you want the new data to go in salesforce.com) using the power of DemandTools.
Deduplication Passes with DemandTools™:
- Deduplication of Accounts and/or Leads based upon D-U-N-S number
- Deduplication of Contacts within an account based upon First Name, Last Name, and Email
- Custom DemandTools deduplication passes also available
Account Hierarchy (Parent / Children) Building:
- If your record type enrichment included Corporate Linkage, CRMfusion will connect those hierarchies that are available.
