- Customers - Login and submit a technical case via the customer support portal
- Email support@crmfusion.com, this will cause an auto case creation and BlackBerry notification and escalation procedures
- Call (and usually leave a message, we will return usually within hours) 1-800-961-8205 and ask for technical support.
