MassEffect |
DemandTools MassEffect module is the ultimate data loader for salesforce.com. Used to insert, update, delete or export information to and from almost any salesforce.com table or field. ZipFix |
The ZipFix module utilizes a small internal USPS database built into DemandTools. For any Leads, Contacts or Accounts with a valid 5 or 9 digit USPS zip code, ZipFix can suggest and correct the two digit state name and the spelling of the city name associated with that zip code. |

MassBackup |
MassBackup is the easiest and most affordable method of taking a snapshot of a salesforce.com database. MassBackup allows the user to select the entire database or just selective tables. Once executed, MassBackup will replicate the database on the local computer as a Microsoft Access MDB database file. | ||||

Single Table Deduplicator |
The Single Table Deduplicator allows any salesforce.com object to be deduplicated against itself. Leads vs Leads, Accounts vs Accounts, Events vs Events and of course Custom Objects vs Custom Objects are all possible examples. The deduplicator is capable of both a more manual deduplication process as well as a fully automated and schedulable one. The STD introduces the concepts of saved deduplication scenarios. The DemandTools Single Table Deduper (STD) is THE MOST ADVANCED method for industrial strength deduplication in the salesforce.com environment. The module offers 100% control on the area of the database to deduplicate, 100% control in setting duplicate searching criteria and 100% control on the merge functionality. |

Lead to Contact Deduplication |
Lead to Contact deduplication is one of the most important deduplication procedures for salesforce.com administrators to check for. The duplication of existing Contacts that are also in the system as new Leads can cause customer confusing communication and conflict. Lead to Account Deduplication |
Ideal for customers who are very Account centric, the Lead to Account deduplicator may be critical. This tool is used to search the Lead queues looking for new Contacts at Accounts that are already in the salesforce.com. After being located the Lead will then be converted as a new Contact in the Existing Account. |

MassLead convert allows the DemandTools customer to develop a custom criteria of Leads to look for and then have them automatically sent through the Lead conversion process. The Find / Report ID's module is an advanced tool for comparing external data to data already loaded into salesforce.com. External data sources include XLS, MDB, CSV and UDL connections and once loaded can be compared to the data in ANY Salesforce.com table. Once matches are made an external results file is created. Providing CASS and SERP certified data our web services partner, StrikeIron Inc. makes the data available for a per transaction (hit) basis. In standard bulk pricing is approximately 2 cents per record. Verify and update your Leads, Accounts or Contacts without the need for import or export. | ||||
