The NO-DUPES Process
The key to the NO-DUPES process is the completion of the Deduplication Scenario Worksheets (see sample below). These worksheets act as the instructions that outline the specifications on how the DemandTools software will be used to cleanse your Salesforce.com database. Included in the NO-DUPES service price is a 90 minute consultation with one of our Data Therapists to complete these specifications so that you obtain maximum results.
After the specifications are jointly completed, one of our Data Therapists will program the specifications into the DemandTools software and begin the process of cleansing your database. You may continue to use your Salesforce.com database as normal.
Essentially using all of the power of the DemandTools software, as well as the skill and experience of our data staff, the following database tables will be cleaned. Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Leads to Contacts, Leads to Accounts (we can also clean other objects including custom objects in substitute of one of the above).
Usually after approximately 5-7 business days (based upon our project load) your database will be cleansed and your duplicate records will have been merged according to the specifications.
