PeopleImport support is available to both clients and trial version clients. Please feel free to use the following resources to receive an answer to your case.
- Use the Public Knowledge base located below.
- Customers - Login and submit a technical case via the customer support portal.
- Email support@crmfusion.com, this will cause an auto case creation and BlackBerry notification and escalation procedures.
- call (and usually leave a message, we will return usually within hours) 1-800-961-8205 and ask for technical support.
