In order to log a technical support case, CRMfusion customers have three options available to them.
1) Visit and login to the CRMfusion Customer Portal and log your case from there. The portal will display your technical support case number upon your completing the case entry.
2) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and a description of the problem/issue. A case will automatically be created and you will receive your case number in a follow up email minutes later.
3) Telephone technical support at 1-800-961-8205 option #2. Please be prepared to leave a message or have the responding support staff member log the call and enter it into the queue.
It is our internal goal to respond to all technical inquiries within 1 North American business day after the customer having a Case Number assigned to them.
